we ship worldwide. each piece is custom made to order, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. shipping is included for all orders within the united states, and is $50 worldwide. la madrada is not responsible for duties and taxes that may apply upon entering the destination country. your package will be shipped with tracking information, which will be sent to you via the email address on your order the day it is ships. under no circumstances will la madrada be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items once package has been shipped. due to covid-19, carrier policies are changing: please make arrangements for someone to be at the shipping destination during the scheduled delivery time once you receive tracking information. 

RETURNS.

each piece is custom made to order and therefore, all sales are final with no returns, exchanges, or sizing adjustments. please note that because we are such a small atelier and we start working on your order immediately, it is not possible to change sizing or cancel an order once it has have been placed. if you need to adjust the size once you have placed an order, we recommend working with your local jeweler in person to get the perfect size. thank you for your understanding.
